Creativity and Innovation

Creativity is one of the most in-demand skills in the workforce today—and will become even more important in the future. In the business, not-for-profit, and public sectors, organizations increasingly need people who understand how to approach novel problems in a way that yields insights and innovative solutions. 

Throughout this fast-paced program, we will look at the creative process, how we individually approach problems and why different approaches can help a team be more creative, and how to lead for creativity and innovation, setting the environment where creativity thrives. And, throughout the program, we’ll learn and utilize several tools and techniques for fostering individual creativity—our own and others’.
